We would like a funky new website - Just 2 pages - to promote our project management company. A logo is also needed, but we'll provide a stock image which just needs a colour change a text added.

Traditional fixed price contracts are popular because it means that any risk of unexpected problems is carried by the home builder, but the builder will generally load the price about 10 times above the actual risk carried.
It's like an over-priced insurance policy, on steroids.
Clever people do things differently.
Here's how a cost-price build works...
1) Tell us what you want to build. Dream home, townhouse, investment property, whatever.
2) We'll put a design together for you, or you can choose from a bunch of plans we've already got.
3) We'll give you a conservative price estimate.
4) We finish tweaking your plans, then send them out to our network of more than 200 builders, subcontractors and tradesmen.
5) We collect the quotes, pick the best prices, and finalise your budget. Now you buy us beer, cause you've finally realised how much you're saving.
6) Tell your friends how awesome we are, while we lodge your building consent application with Council.
7) We coordinate the builders and subbies (look, you're already speaking trade-talk) from start to finish. You pay the cost price on their work each month.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I have seen some great design elements, but need them to come together in one site design. Also, there appears to be less attention paid to the second page design ('how it works') than is necessary... There is no viable contender there yet, compared with the great home page submissions. I've also added some further info to the brief, and note that many submissions have ignored the colour combo I've requested.
