Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for someone to design me a logo for my new business based in England. I am a micro brewer however do not plan to stay micro for long. I want to compete within the UK real beer market place and therefore need a brand logo that will last and have an impact. I currently have 3 beers within the brand and my idea is to have each beer instantly recognised as being a Whitworth Brewing Co beer branded to match the company logo. Initially I am looking for a logo to launch the business with but with the designer I choose I will be looking to expand this into designing artwork for the individual beers and other merchandise. It is important that I appeal to the current market but I am very keen to have a modern twist to match the current real ale revival in the UK. I am keen for the product to be seen as aspirational within the "gastro" type bars and restaurants as well as something that could be seen on the bar of the traditional local pub. I have no design experience and and open to suggestion from experts on design and colour.
