The premise of the book is to introduce brand new material which is the first ever methodology and strategy on how to develop emotional resilience across entire populations like organisations and companies or moving people from fear about change to finding flow through resilience.
The final design should communicate the fact that this is a strategy and methodology. That it is about developing people and entire organisations to be more resilient and who are able to deal with change better.
