I am willing to do this project before your deadline. Can you upload the form in a .doc file so that I may edit in Word, or another text editing program?

We have complete command over adobe in-design however this is something that we use to design magazine, book covers etc. with.
What type of design do you have, please provide so we can check and work accordingly.

P.S. This should be a one-on-one project rather than a content I believe.

I have over 30 years of graphic industry experience and am proficient in InDesign since it came out. My question to you is: Do you want the fonts that are used? You haven't included them, so it would be great if you could upload them. I use Dropbox if you don't want to post them here on DesignCrowd.
