Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

FROGTECH Geoscience is recognised as a leading independent global geoscience firm servicing a diverse range of private and government clients in the business sectors of conventional and unconventional O&G, minerals, coal, groundwater, geothermal and CCS the company has built a reputation as a world-leader in the delivery of structural and tectonic interpretations, basin analysis and other resource-related geological services.

We need a new company logo that reflects the global nature of our work in geoscience. The logo must contain the words FROGTECH and Geoscience, in that order. FROGTECH must to be ‘all caps’. The name FROGTECH is derived from ‘FRom Oil to Ground water Technology’.

If you are wondering what our current logo is, so are our client! But, it represents the layers of gas, oil and water below the earth’s surface, we don’t like this logo, that’s why we want you to design a new one so please don’t use elements from our current logo in your new design.

Things that are important to us, you may want to consider:

- We are a professional firm so our logo must be professionally focused
- We are a global
- We are a scientific firm delivering geoscience solutions, mainly to the oil & gas sector. Within that sector we only focus on upstream and exploration geoscience and everything we focus on is ‘below the ground’.
- We peel back the layers of the earth using science to find resources below the surface of the earth
- Text used within our logo needs to have a typeface that we can access (ideally supplied with the logo)
- Ideally our logo should work just as well in black and white as in colour. Why? Because we may want to show our logo on a variety of different coloured backgrounds
- Our new logo should work well on the web and must be supplied in Adobe Illustrator format so we can recreate that logo as we need
