We are a small company (35 employees) with a wide variety of ethnicities.

Dienetics is a family owned company with a family-like and diverse team of employees. Dienetics’ culture is driven by individual passion for our goals, along with commitment and accountability to our team’s standards and practices.
Our team achieves success in all company goals and standards by each individual committing themselves to the group effort, regardless of position. The strength of the team is based upon the support of each member. In order for each member of the team to achieve individual success the following traits should be applied towards our everyday PRACTICE: Patience, Respect, (Positive) Attitude, Care, Teamwork, Integrity, Communication, and Enthusiasm.
