The dashboard I was thinking would be a screen with the icons along the top and when the person clicks on the icon its content will appear beneath in the main body of the page. When they click another icon the content changes.

The comp is what the web developer calls the PSD for that page... The PersonaLabs dashboard is going to be the same but the content in the body is going to change... Hope that makes a little sense :)
