Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

As a brand new start-up Personal Training business, JMA Fitness needs a fresh and engaging logo.
JMA Fitness is aiming to serve individuals from all walks of life regardless of age, sex or size to empower them to become fitter, stronger and healthier.
The business is largely focused on 1:1 training sessions and group sessions tailored to client's goals. However, future plans include an online downloadable training programme and nutrition guide.
JMA Fitness would like to see the colours purple and orange in the logo design (see picture featuring equipment in the orange and purple we'd like). The final design needs to communicate strength which can appeal to both genders (not too feminine and not too masculine although primary target audience is women aged 18-30). With the potential of featuring a piece of gym equipment (dumbbell/barbell/kettle bell etc.)
The tagline for the business is 'Ready, set, sweat!' and if this could be incorporated in the logo too, that would be great but happy to take design advice.
If the logo could be adapted to form social media avatars (a small scale version for instagram and Twitter) this would also be preferable.
JMA Fitness would like to use the logo to be screen printed on t-shirts/hoodies etc - so block colours only please.
