Thank you for your concern. It is good to know we have designers on DesignCrowd looking out for our interests. Yes, we are indeed aware of the Pearson interrobang and have been for a while. We had to be sure that we were not about to infringe on someone else's trademark. We consider this riks manageable, since it would be very hard to confuse our final concept with the Pearson logo. We also operate in different territories and under different trademark classes. Should we encounter opposition at the time of trademark registration, we believe it would be a simple matter to modify our existing design to meet registration requirements.
