Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We require a logo designed for our new brand which will be the umbrella over our product/services divisions. The business is called Assist Workplace Safety and we supply Safety Products (safety signs, custom signs, dangerous goods signage and storage, lockout, protective clothing and equipment, Spill control, first aid kits and supplies, emergency equipment, fire extinguishers etc) and onsite maintenance services (eg replenish spill kits, first aid kits) to all types of workplaces. We see this brand being flexible enough to add the logo to different divisions ie Assist Fire, Assist Height Safety, Assist Safety Consultation, Assist Signage Solutions, Assist Maintenance etc. So the logo needs to be able to be paired with changeable text. The message we want to send is Assist Workplace Safety provides tailored safety solutions for our customers. So if the logo has some sort of picto as well as word "assist" on it - I like lowercase, but am open to suggestion. Or the word assist can have the picto/graphic incorporated into it. The logo needs to look great digitally (website) as well as printed (catalogues etc). The logo needs to be strong, professional, and cool enough that our promo giveaway hats will be worn by clients (instead of thrown away). Simple, clear and effective would be great.

Our First Aid Replenishment Arm already has a logo which is solid red and we wish to dual brand our vehicles, letter head etc. so would not like red to be the primary colour of the logo but our new logo would need to fit with the red for dual branding. I like silver, white, first aid green, mandatory blue - I would like the colours to be safety related or to help with the brand message - assist provides solutions. Again I am open to suggestion. I would also like to know the colour palette and font of the successful logo as I would like to create a full set of brand guidelines for marketing etc.
