Jaden, this is a fantastic start! The only thing that can I can think of is that the arms should be straight back with palms open in a facing down position (this is more typical to this maneuver). Also if you can get the skydiver to turn his head toward the viewer so that we can see his face. The expression should be appropriate to the situation.

Hello Hailey! Thank you for submitting. What I like best about your submission is the color scheme but it lacks the type of 'look' that I feel our brand needs. If you can incorporate more realism and detail it would go a long way towards that 'look'.

This sounds like a very interesting project that I would like to work on, but unfortunately the payment is not guaranteed. Making the payment guaranteed will draw higher quality designers giving you a better chance at receiving more quality submissions. If you decide to guarantee the payment please let me know.

I'm looking for 2-3 talented illustrators/designers that will end up getting well over 100 design commissions combined. As it is I have already spent a considerable sum on artists that while eager have overestimated their skill and/or have proved to be unreliable.
