Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have a courier business that specialises in same-day flower deliveries; I want to make a single page A4 sales brochure (folded to DL) to give to our potential customers.
The company website is flowerrunners.com, this will give an idea of who we are and what we do, as well as some graphics and colours that we use.
When opened, the inside A4 space of the brochure will be a pricelist, so the entire page will be an excel table with delivery locations and prices; we will add the prices ourselves later, so ideally the inside will be a background of some sort that won't obstruct text. Maybe light/transparent flowers and a background colour?
The front of the DL brochure should be mostly a title page, so business name, phone number, a graphic?
The first inside page should relate to our service, there's a lot of info on our website that you could use, so same day delivery, 10:30 and 2:30 pick-up times, established over 10 years ago, air-conditioned vans, delivery to 300+ suburbs.
The back page would be contact details and maybe a summary of the key points of the 'about us' section of the website.
