Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a Multinational company called Inch Kenneth Kajang Rubber, incorporated in Scotland and now our operations are mostly in Malaysia. We are in multiple industries namely Plantations, Hotels (Perhentian Island Resort) .

As we have observed and learnt what people want in their retreat, we are venturing into the Real Estate industry and our first project will be landed residential houses.

We are very open in the logo design and give a free hand to the designers. At the end, the design should reflect
1. Buyer's confidence in our products
2. Quality houses
3. A home where people can build loving memories raising their families

The text design should be " IKKR TIMUR" as IKKR is the abbreviation of our company name and Timur means EAST in the Malay language as our maiden project will start from East Malaysia.

Colours :
1. We are open to any colours that is suitable with the brand that we try to portray.

We have attached the following files:
1. Perhentian Island Resort (our sister company, up to the designer whether to take ideas from the same logo)

2. Established Real Estate companies in Malaysia where we aspire to be like them one day (Ie Eco World, Setia, IJM Land)
