srry i didnt know that . i saw other designers do that and i just know im in right direction for better work for client !

I'll post feedback to individual designers once you've submitted a design that will allow you to make tweaks to it if needed.

Also, I'll be traveling through September 21st so I won't have the chance to make a final review of designs until September 22nd, so I've extended the deadline by a few days to allow designers to make any final changes before I have a chance to review.

I hate this step sir. most of clients do that. extending the deadline many time. I know you have a right to do that. but I begging you please do not do that.:)
