Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Many small-medium sized businesses in the US and Asia lack the knowledge or resources to tap into consumers outside of their respective markets. SBS Pacific, aka Small Business Solutions Pacific, is a consulting firm with a mission to help US businesses attract Asian business and help Asian businesses attract US business.

We want your assistance in designing a logo to represent our mission: to build a long lasting relationship with our clients to help them build their fortune in Asia and the US. We think a CARP is the best way to represent this goal. A carp has a good meaning in Asian cultures. For example, in China it means fortune and luck. In Japan, it means love, friendship and lasting relationships.

With no intention to limit designer’s creativity, we highlight the images below as examples of the kind of an Asian style carp - paper cutouts or water painting style - we think best represents the Asia focused nature of our business. However, please note we aim for a minimalist, simple , or classic logo style. We want to convey our message with a simple icon and company name, nothing extravagant or distracting but something memorable. We are open to different colors as you think best suits the design but we initially considered Black or Red as seen below. We also attached a few logo designs which feature the minimalist and simple style we are looking for.
