1.The deliverable will be the photoshop file for the home page.
2. There will be single page design, i.e. HOME page.
3. As the project is for the "WEB DESIGN", so there will be no coding. If you require coding then that will be treated as an another project.

Thanks for the making the project guaranteed.
I understand your requirements. Actually you want a full functional website.

So there will be lot of jobs:
1. Home page in Photoshop.
2. Inner pages in Photoshop
3. Then every pages will be sliced and converted into HTML/CSS.
4. Then we have to make the development for both the back end and front end. The platform may be PHP, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla etc.

So I think for all these above mentioned job the budget is very very small.

The project status says its a web design project , i.e. you will have a Home page design made in Photoshop and there may be maximum one inner page design made in Photoshop.

If you want these two page then I must submit my design soon. Otherwise it will be impossible for us to provide all those things in a very little budget.
