Broschüren-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We require a brochure with details of the services we provide. We have just become the only approved installer for CTC products on the Isle of Man and want to feature their producst heavily in the brochure centre pages. We estimate it will be 8 pages of A5 and we would like it to be landscape please. We have all the required content as per the word doc attached and just need it to be made to look professional. It doesn't need to include all the attached pictures and only certain information from the CTC brochure needs to be included (i.e the first couple of pages of write up).
Front Page - Just the Modern Earth main logo and pics of vans
Page 2 - About us and the logos for who we are approved by (IOM Employers Federation etc)
Page 3 - Domestic Electrical Services as per the word doc attached (those pictures don't have to be used so if you find better ones please go ahead and use).
Page 4 & 5 (Centre Pages) CTC information. Please make it clear that we are the only approved installers of their products on the Isle of Man.
Page 6 & 7 - Commercial Services as per the word doc attached (again if you can find better pictures than the ones contained in the word doc then feel free to use).
Page 8 - Back page to contain all our contact information.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Must be professional and appeal to both domestic and commercial customers. Has to be "MODERN" "EARTHY GREEN GLOBAL FEEL" like our logo shows. "CREATIVE" design. Possible similarity to our letter headed paper with part of the green globe down one side of the brochure. Must use Carlos Sanz text which is the Sony Ericsson text same as logo. Snazzy looking, eye catching, appealing. Everything you would want to get new business in the door.

• Over the top tacky earthy look. After all we also wire houses that are run by horrible oil boilers (no option). Don't want to put all my egg in one basket kind of thing.
