WordPress-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Hi,
I have installed Wordpress and Installed 'HB Highend Theme' to my site. I need help customising it to my sites needs.
'FIFO Wives' (www.fifowives.com.au) is platform for 'FIFO' (fly-in, fly-out) partners/wives to connect with other women in the same lifestyle in a safe and nurturing environment.
I would like it setup like a social networking site similar to facebook, and I would like my users to be able to 'search' for people in their local area to connect with. I would like it to have Private messaging, group chat functions etc.
I also require two separate pages 'FIFO Wellness Seminars' and 'FIFO Wellness Retreats' with booking and payment functions on each page.
I have installed 'PeepSo' to my site but not sure if it is tailored to what I require.
I would like the site to be 'pretty' as my target market is women.
