Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am in need of a logo for a new salon I am opening. The salon is upscale, high end. I would like the logo clean, classy and catches the eye. Originally I thought just black and white but am very open to color if it fits the upscale/classy. Also, I had originally thought a big "9" with "salon & daymaker" smaller under it, but now am in limbo of adding "The" in front of "9". My salon name comes from the physical address of it (2609 E Hwy 377).
