You should add " Designer must provide full implementation/coding depending on the platform chosen by the client (i.e. Wordpress theme, HTML/CSS, etc.)" in Task Outline
Many designers only work in design only project and project with coding required project need more work than the design only project. And it's nice to know what page do you want (ie : home page, about us page, etc )
