Thank you for participating.

I need a website for a law firm based in Orange County, California, called "Barton Legal Group." The firm will provide civil litigation and business advice services. The principal practice areas include business litigation, real estate litigation, construction litigation, and other general commercial litigation.

I practiced at a very large, international law firm for 10 years (Bryan Cave LLP) before starting Barton Legal Group.

At the moment, Barton Legal Group has one attorney, Brendon K. Barton (me).

I have a logo for Barton Legal Group (see attached files, including vectors and transparent background)--which is dark blue and gray. I am open to color changes/tweaks, but would prefer designs that communicate dependability, competence, sophistication, and trustworthiness.

The site should include a home page, as well as separate pages containing: (1) information about the firm and Brendon Barton (e.g., "About"); (2) information about the firm's practice areas (use "Practice Areas"); (3) a "Contact Us" page where the visitor can insert contact information and describe their legal problem or help sought; (4) a page for articles and blog posts.

I'd also like to mention the practice areas on the main page with links to pages dedicated to each practice area. My thought is that these "practice areas" pages will have a similar look and design, but I will, of course, alter the content for each one.

I uploaded some head shots and photos of my building as well. They need not all be used. Feel free to play with adjustments to the photos (B&W, contrast, etc.).

I own and reserve the copyright to all files, logos, and pictures uploaded with this design.

I will provide a description of the firm and Brendon Barton for the about page, as well as a summary of each practice area for the practice area page.

I will also need the ability to put a small description of the localities served by the firm at the bottom of each page on the site, along with a website disclaimer about representations made (I will provide the language for this too).

I am contemplating creating additional websites for different practice areas as well. So this may grow into a larger project if your design is selected. I will likely want to link to those sites from my home site if it makes sense to do so.
