Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a flyer that's design aligns with the style of our website and regular price package attached.
We are a high quality service company that offers property management along Sydney's Northern Beaches.
This month we want to offer a deal where we are waiving Advertising Fees and a special management rate of 5% for this month (Aug) only.
Please show all the same details as on the "Lease and Management Package" flyer but advertising the fact that this month only we are waiving the $350 advertising fee and a special Management fee of 5%.

I would like an A4 print ready version (with bleed if nec), an PDF version so we can email it to clients and an editable Photoshop PSD layered file so we can edit text if necessary for future use.

We would like to use the same background image as used in the price package flyer attached (background image also attached)

We want this flyer to capture attention but still look professional and clean like our website.
