Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am setting up a business advisory/coaching practice after building up a business from nothing to medium size enterprise over 24 years, then selling it and semi-retiring.
I have a lot of experience in starting, growing and managing a business and now want to help others do the same.
I need a simple, professional logo which looks good in black and white as well as colour.
The name of the business is "Business Veteran". I'd like the name incorporated into a final design with the logo. The font used in the name must match, or compliment, a font in Word 2010 so which I use it as letterhead, there isn't a clash between the font I use and the letterhead. I prefer sans serif fonts.
In deliverables, I'd like the EPS as well as WMF and EMF files so I can embed and scale in Microsoft office documents. I'd like a font from Word recommended as the font to match the brand.
