Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo for my new company "Home 21".
Home 21 is dedicated to building homes for the 21st century.
Primarily based in London, however we do work all over the UK.

The logo can say "H21" with a catchphrase underneath of "Bringing Homes into the 21st century"

Or it could just say "Home 21".

I have uploaded some designs that i really like, the company is looking at high end properties in Notting Hill area, with a very up market clientele.
The Logo should give the impression of Professionalism, creativity, right at the forefront of the latest technology, and most importantly a friendly and helpful company.

Im open to colour schemes at the moment. My favourite from the attached files is the Strawberry one.

This project certainly is not the be all and end all of my design needs.
I also need:

Website design,
business cards,
Email signature


Part of my solution that i sell is a custom app per house/flat. I would like to use whoever is picked for the logo to design components for my apps.
