THE PROPERTY CONGRESS 2012 will be a four day event with a number of new innovative concepts including a new program format, public outreach, future directions ambassadors, VIP events and Hall of Fame dinner as well as a major festival night.
The event will be held in Sydney and has an a targeted audience of approximately 1200 delegates of a mixed bag of demographics including all levels of female and male staff from all aspects of the property development and investment industry industries.
THE BRIEF
The logo/brand needs to be able to appear on its own to symbolise the entire event. The logo will also need to be printed on a variety of different media including printing, online, merchandise, clothing and signage.
The logo will need to have the ability to appear in black and white, solid colour and colour gradients to work with the above mentioned media formats.
Being a new brand it would be expected that the brand be something that will not date easily and used for several years. Along with having a long life span, the logo will need to help create the aura of a must attend event.
The logo must include the following wording and date along with some form of imagery:

THE COLOURS
The colours for the concepts need to be based on outcomes of research done for both company branding and website development.

ORANGE/YELLOW
All of the above colours can be used together in a variety of combinations that incorporate warm and cool colours along with high impact complimentary formats for both digital and print material which bring about the desired emotions that need to be associated with The Property Congress 2012.
