Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

need a logo for my new company. i would like the letter AB in a logo with ADELAIDE BUILDING AND CARPENTRY next to the logo. the word carpentry can be smaller.
I'm looking for something clear and not to fancy. I'm open to using & signs rather than the word and. I would like Adelaide and Building to stand out more than Carpentry. I would like this to look a little more traditional so that it gives the image of a established business rather than a new pop up businesses.
