Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am setting up a company to sell my art work over Internet.
I am lining up all the pre-requisite before actually designing the webpage.
First step is to have my logo.
My photography is inspired by high quality and talks of the world around me : my places, my travels, my landscapes.
My style if elegant and pleasant. It is classy and within the tradition, without much time spent at the computer.
I would like to have a Pictorial/Combination logo that is simple, not very colorful, (as per below). I prefer something with symmetry and balance, please.
I have to be able to watermark my pictures with this logo, may be a PNG file with transparency (alpha channel), please.
