Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo design for a family owned real estate business that specializes in college rental properties. We are looking for a logo that will stand out and appeal to college students and also look professional and not immature so their parents feel confident. We want to use the colors blue and white. We want the final design to be clean and not too busy because we want to use the logo on a wide variety of marketing materials such as banners, lawn signs, website, clothing and letter head. Our target market will see our signage around campus so we want it to be memorable/stand out so that they when they think of housing options they think of Keene Cribs.

Muss haben

• Clean logo, not too busy. Keene Cribs must be easy to read. Really want to have the font of the letters or the layout of the letters be unique / not just a basic font.

Schön zu haben

• Have the name be the focus v.s. having a large icon or graphic. If a graphic or icon is incorporated it should not be too large and it preferably would be to the left of the name or evenly spread above the name

Sollte nicht haben

• large icon that takes away from name. Icon should not be larger than the name Keene Cribs
