Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are a new business located close to the Great Barrier Reef in Australia.

Kandji is the name we have chosen for our business and the name is derived from a deadly stinger (box jellyfish- the irukandji) found in the Northern waters of Australia.

Initially our main focus is to manufacture underwater lights and camera housings but we would like to be flexible enough to branch out as we see the need in due time.

Our competitors range from companies like www.ikelite.com to brotherhousings.co.za and www.mygobe.com all of these competitors sell internationally and so will we. I feel that the first two examples here have 'safe' logo designs. We would prefer something more like the third that is simplistic in design but clever in it's thinking. Something trendy.

Our target market is quite broad and includes marine researches, reef agencies, local divers and other professional and social underwater photographers. The target audience is environmentally aware and in search of capturing the best image. The target market would probably be aimed at males and females between the ages of 18-65, people who are willing and able to spend a little extra money on a quality product.

• We need a logo created that stands out from the crowd. Something that reflects good workmanship and reliabilty and personalised attention given to each piece that is created.

• We are thinking of using yellow or orange as our primary colour.
