Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Brief Addition - 22/8/2016

We need the logo to include:

- Image: The logo should include a really nice image/graphic of a Beehive. We particularly like the kind that you would typically imagine to be hanging, as opposed to the kind that has a flat base. We also prefer it to have some depth, light and shade etc..

- The ‘L’ in the name ‘LHive’ should be representative of the yellow and black learner driver plate that is used in Australia and many other countries (without overpowering the logo).

- A concept that we really like is for the ‘L’ to be incorporated into the Beehive in someway, however we are also open to the Beehive being separate to the ‘L’.

- Bees: The inclusion of bees is also good to add a sense of movement/activity, so long as the bee’s do not overpower the rest of the logo.

Original Project Brief

We are a startup launching a new innovative online driver education platform, our logo should represent the site as an exciting central hub/central point/hive of activity (Without becoming a busy design)

Key Colour Preferences:
Yellow/s, Black/dark greys.
Should work on any colour background (Particularly white, yellow and dark colours - greys etc..)
Nothing fluro that is unappealing on a screen

Images:
Uncomplicated, not too much detail, least number of colours
Suggestions - a hive, bee’s buzzing around, though very open to other options.

Look and Feel
The design should demonstrate:
A sense of buzzing, busyness, excitement (without becoming a busy design)
A busy central hub, a hive, a hive of busyness, a central point, a go-to.
Show movement, perhaps through flowing text, flying bee/s etc..
Playful and fun
Yet it must stay simple and clean
