Icon-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need an App icon for an iPhone app.

The app in question is aimed at *Canadian users* and is very simple. It allows users to calculate the total price of a product or service taking into account the following information:

1. The pre-sales tax price of a product or service. In Canada, prices are advertised without the sales tax(es) included.

2. If the product or service is on sale, the user can enter the sale % (example: 20%).

3. The sales tax or taxes applicable in the Canadian province where the user is located. The user simply identifies the province and the app applies the appropriate sales tax rates.

The icon must make it clear that the app is aimed at Canadian users.

Also, the app will be made available in two languages: English and French. The icon must therefore be language neutral. Alternatively, two slightly different icons may be submitted, one for each language.

Since the app is simple, the icon should not give the impression that the app is complex. It should preferably give the impression that the app can be used easily by anyone.

The app's name is My Price in English and Mon Prix in French. .

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• Canada's maple leaf symbol must be included in the design. I'm flexible as to how prominent the symbol is however.
  
  The concept of money or price should also be incorporated.
  
  Please consider the app's UI (see attached files) when designing the icon. By that I mean that the icon should be compatible with the UI's look and feel, in particular it's color scheme.
  
  The icon must be provided in two different sizes: 57x57 and 114x114 (for iPhone 4's Retina display). The format of the files needs to be PNG.

Schön zu haben

• Including the concept of a sale or rebate could also be a plus but is not necessary.
