Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a NEW logo that will speak how i feel , I took over an older dental office now I am moving the dental practice into a state of the art, very High end facility. I would like my logo to reflect that look also have a very futuristic modern look .
ONLY use the colors of our existing logo NO OTHER COLORS!! I would like to incorporate a heartbeat lifeline in it at the bottom tooth . .then heartbeat lifeline (as we are an emergency dental office) the tooth on the heartbeat CANNOT show any sharp scary looking corners make the tooth more inviting , warm yet elegant VERY IMPORTANT TO FOLLOW MY DIRECTIONS PRECISELY AS TIME IS NOT ON MY SIDE PLEASE AND THANK YOU
also if this logo can be 3 dimensional ??? . .maybe . .not sure
