Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

The City of Twin Falls, Idaho is working to create a positive and engaged work culture that we refer to as "One City". A part of "One City" is identifying our common values. The City participated in a collaborative process to determine the core values that all employees and the organization strive to uphold. Each employee was able to provide feedback and vote on their top five. We are looking to DesignCrowd to design a logo that is a visual representation of these five values. The logo should be clear and concise and include all five of the words in the design. The final design should communicate cohesion and collaboration. This will be used on various forms internally within the organization. Full color and black and white options are requested. Two files have been attached. One includes photos of iconic images in our community to use as inspiration. The other is a rendering of a current project being constructed along our Main Street - a new City Hall and a public plaza. A splash pad in the plaza will be designed as a compass as seen in the image. This may also serve as inspiration. "One City" as a title may be incorporated into the design, or it can be left out. It is not one of the values, but more of a title for the process we are going through.
