T-Shirt-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a t-shirt design that can be sized both for t-shirt and down to 2.5" x 2.5" for a print piece. We are a support group in Triangle area of North Carolina for people with Multiple Myeloma, a chronic incurable and ultimately terminal blood cancer. Annually, the group forms a "walk" team for the local Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Light the Night. We are team "Mighty Myeloma Fighters." Last year we used the theme of super heroes with "superman" type crest. The theme this year is emphasis on "fighter," slightly roughed up, but with boxing gloves still up. There is a clip art online of "Smiley Face" with boxing gloves that is exactly what we would like, but I want something is more of an outline and can be printed as a single color or perhaps two colors, maybe with the boxing gloves being a solid color. The copy surrounding the smiley face-like character would read. "Might Myeloma Fighters 2016." The copy on the back of the t-shirt would read: "Knocking out blood cancers" Here is the url for the smiley face that is the inspiration for this concept. http://www.clipartof.com/portfolio/yayayoyo/illustration/yellow-emoticon-boxer-wearing-gloves-1079889.html I am not against buying license to this design, but it is not my first choice. The color for Multiple Myeloma is burgundy. Last year we did grey t-shirt with burgundy print. The design got lost in the night time event. Somehow the color needs be more friendly to low-light environment of a "Light the Night" event.
