Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo created for my offshore fishing lure company. This logo will be going on our product packaging. The packaging is a cardboard package that will be hanging on the shelves of sporting goods stores, (such as Gander Mountain, Dicks Sporting Goods, Bass Pro Shops, and fishing supply stores) The logo would be at the top of the package under where it hangs on a rack/shelf. See the uploaded file for a sample of what the packaging will look like.
This will also serve as our company logo. I need the design to be one that will stand out and easy to remember. I want it to be something that people will recognize the brand by glancing at the logo.
The logo will also need to be one that will also look good on our apperal, such as trucker hats, t-shirts, visors, koozies, stickers, etc.
The products we sell are used to catch blue marlin, sailfish, mahi, and tuna. Feel free to somehow incorporate sailfish or marlin into the design. Feel free with making the text have a strike though it if looks good that way.
