Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am looking for a logo for my personal brand name Holborn Hill. The logo will represent my vested interest in various real estate companies, motorsport projects, clothing lines, and gym/fitness companies. The symbol of the logo should be a male grayling, a species of fish with a pronounced dorsal fin. It is mostly gray with red on the top of the dorsal fin. I would like the logo to use both red, black, and white. The grayling with the words "Holborn Hill" logo is what I am going for.
