Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I need a logo design to personalise my own brand Brain4Qs to use it in my website, business card and marketing materials for new company without name yet to be located in Brest, Belarus.
An example of my current draft logo included but would appreciate if you consider Background for Mission
(AUTHENTICITY): Energy, Thoughts, Ethics, Results;
BRAND NAME: Brain4Qs;
SLOGAN: Unlock, Review, Prove, Exceed.
Associative chain of words: Coach, Train, Consult; A Trusted Local Partner to West Clients in emerging market; Advanced System Integration Management Services; Intellectual Innovation Services Bi-Lingual.
The Logo also has to convey three messages 1) Structural - place, time, social roles 2) Emotional - trust to local advisor 3) Rational - IT services of the consultant and trainer having international experience.
LOOK AND FEEL: Upmarket (Exclusive / Customised Offer), Elegant, Serious, Modern, Professional, and rather Conservative with elements of Agile.

Zielmarkt/( -märkte)

The target market is Europe and CIS. I'm a project management consultant and Trainer, bridging the gap between IT and business communities and serving my clients typically from Europe having interest in CIS (Russia and former USSR countries). Mainly I've served big fishes through hiring agencies & consulting firms by delivering highly complex IT projects and programs. During last 2-3 years I've started developing my training services. Several trainings as an example include "Advanced Project Management", "Power and Influence", "Effective communications", "Female Entrepreneurship", "Business Analysis" and other subjects. Also I have PhD reading lectures as invited docent in a Technical University.
Now I want to move closer to my own clients - 1) Owners / CEO / CIO of mid up sized companies having interest in delivering highly complex IT projects in CIS; 2) COO / Heads of Project Management Offices to grow skills and competencies of project office staff though trainings in English or Russian; 3) Europe based SMEs having local interests in Belarus and looking for advisory services; 4) International funds for NGO looking for support in training, methodology, project management in CIS; 5) Private trainees with different needs. Muss haben

• Logo needs a graphical part - a symbol. The main issue as of now is this graphic which should be positioned at the left side of the logo. I've uploaded the pic which can be used as themain idea for such drawing / symbol. Hope to see variants based on this sketch. Thanks!
