Flyer-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I want a a5 postcard/flyer design back and front, for my weight loss program. It should be bright and eye catching. The program is done independently from home and has 3 phases, so i would like the back to be split into 3 sections as this can explain the 3 phases. It should have my contact details, instagram account and website address. I also want to include a challenge info on the front, where the person will make £10 for every 10lb lost, depending on them signing up by 1st october. Details about my program can be found on www.beautifulmotivespt.com and on my instagram 12_week_b0dy_ I have attached some pictures of myself training, these dont have to be included if you think its better to not include them, but i would like to see some ideas with them. Also included a copy of the old design, which I don't think was very clear to the audience, so i need it to be clear of what the program entails.
