Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I have a Real Estate sales company and need to see if anyone can come up with a better logo than I have now. I am working with some high end sellers and want my company logo to reflect the quality work that I provide.

Currently (see attached file) I have a logo that has a red symbol that looks like a cross and a Real Estate company. My company is Christian based and I really want to have the cross incorporated into my logo in some way - thus our name is Crossroad Homes. So... I need our name - Crossroad Homes, and I need a red cross to be incorporated somehow too or even as I have it now. I don't want the cross to be super obvious, but tied in someway like I have now.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO COMPLETELY CHANGE THIS LOGO. Maybe even the capitol letter of the C (in Crossroad)... the bottom of the C extending out to make the one of the cross bars... You are the experts :)
