Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new logo for an online Australian company selling unique stationery items and inspriational gifts. The company is currently called SIMPLY STATED and you can see the current look and feel - clean, simple, elegant, classy - by going to www.simplystated.com.au We want these essence of it's look and feel but in an entirely new Logo for our new name: Worthy of Note. This name can be on it's own or with the old tagline of "Inspiring ways to live, work and play". We like the following colour combinations (but not exclusive list):

dark orange and royal blue
emerald green and purple
dark orange and puple

But we are open to colour as well as design suggestions - colours just need to be rich and/or bold and design needs to be uncluttered, clean and striking (inspried) if possible!
