Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I am a looking for a logo for my real estate investment training company. The brand is Realty Investments Seminars & Education (RISE). I want the design to be the letters RISE. I don't want the design to have any type of real estate or house in it. Too many real estate logos already have that. Alternatively, the logo must have an icon that can stand alone as it's own brand. I have included a mockup. The circle needs to be replaced with an ICON that can exist on it's own.
