Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a new logo for an established award winning master artisan who designs and hand crafts modern furniture in solid wood. Working in a humble old world style he has mastered the sculptors art, shaping the dark wood into bold and sensuous curves. The polished and oiled dark brown wood is complimented with luxurious leather upholstery and ivory accents. The logo should communicate fine design, modernity, skilled hand work, luxury, natural materials, integrity and rarity. Our mission is to craft rare and exquisite furniture that honors the sculptural properties of the earth’s most beautiful hardwoods. We obsess over detail, beauty and quality while remaining firmly rooted in the ancient craft of joinery. Our website is jonathanotter.com.
We have uploaded a sketch of my own design that can be used in the logo. IThe line on the sketch indicates the right angle of horizontal. This sketch can be used as an outline, or filled in with color. We would like to see the sketch presented as if it is a design in progress, with some lines going beyond as if it were done by hand. I have shown that a little bit on the sketch, but it needs to be tidied up. If using color on the logo, the dark rich brown of rosewood is preferred along with ivory for the seat and stockings on the feet. See the upload 'Ines' logo for guidance in layout and font. A splash of color- we like the rich deep red of the 'jason straw' logo- could be used in the word 'furniture'. Please show us a color version of your design as well as a black and white version. Thank you!
