Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for our coffee shop. the cafe is part of a rock climbing centre which has been built inside a diss-used church. The Cafe is on a Mezzanine above where the alter would have been, facing a huge, beautiful, round stained glass window.
The name for the cafe, we are thinking should be 'Holy Roast'.
a possible tag line would be 'Water into Coffee'
We're happy to see a tongue in cheek design or a more serious one. we want to appear trendy and relaxed, and communicate that we are providing great quality food and coffee.
