The budget attached is for one set only of the icons you've mention. Maybe try to increase it by $200. So that many designers will be encourage to pass designs in your project. Thanks!

I understand some questions for the job.
Some are 5 group icons ?
You want the original icons of vectorized program (Google, Internet Explorer, Firefox ... ) or custom icons ?
What kind of icons you are looking for ( flatter , 3d ... . ) And what colors?

Create 5 sets of 16 custom icon images. Each set is to follow a theme. One theme might be a 3d look, next set might be a military looking theme in a flat design. Next might be a pink theme etc. I can pick these themes if needed, or you can come up with creations that best complement your design skills?

I will convert your images to icons, the user will then change the icons on their desktop for popular programs (as listed). Hence their desktop will follow an overall theme.

Is it okay if I pass a design and the file is .psd not ".ai"?? It's because my expertise is in photoshop. Yet you can still convert that to icon. Thanks
