Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need a poster to show the lifecycle of a student going through university.

There are three main stages of the lifecycle, it also needs to visually loop back in some way to the start from the end of the 3rd stage.

1) Prospect – Strategy is to Acquire
There are three main sub experiences within this stage which are
a. Decide
b. Apply
c. On board
Within the Prospect stage we also need to show some Needs and Pain Points as below
Needs
• Validation on choices from peers or family
• Clear direction on choices
Pain Points
• Not sure where to start
• Poor navigation and information architecture

2) Current – Strategy is to Engage
There are three main sub experiences within this stage which are
a. Commence
b. Study
c. Complete
Within the Current stage we also need to show some Needs and Pain Points as below
Needs
• Access to peer groups and faculty
• Flexibility in modes of learning
Pain Points
• Quality of faculty engagement can vary
• Online tools are hard to use

3) Alumni – Strategy is to Retain
There are three main sub experiences within this stage which are
a. Graduate
b. Job Seek
c. Network
Within the Current stage we also need to show some Needs and Pain Points as below
Needs
• Options to further career
• Competency based learning
Pain Points
• Lots of irrelevant emails and mail
• Struggle to relate to Alumni programs
