Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We need a logo for a new design driven venture called besu design. Initially starting as an online store, besu will eventually have a bricks and mortar presence as well. The logo needs to be flexible enough to adapt to various branding requirements - website, packaging, invoking, social media channels, signage etc.

We'd prefer something that is either all caps (BESU) or all lower case (besu) and we'd like to include the word 'design' as well. We're open to suggestions on how this is incorporated - it might have the same weight as besu or might be treated as a tag line.
**UPDATE** Having seen a few designs already, it's preferred that 'design' is smaller than 'besu'.

Our range will be design objects and homewares, with the majority of items produced by independent artists and small studios. We want our online and in-store customers to see us a trusted source for great design, to feel a sense of calm and ease when they visit our stores and to view our range as sophisticated and luxurious while still being achievable.

We envisage our logo to fall somewhere in the middle of classic and modern, geometric and organic, abstract and literal. It should lean more toward sophisticated than playful and more toward luxurious than economical. Slightly more feminine than masculine and slightly more mature than youthful. Simple and clean are also words that spring to mind.

**UPDATE** The designs we've received so far have allowed us to refine our thoughts on colours and we'd like to see monochrome logos, or logos that are predominately monochrome with a small amount of one colour as a feature.

The files we've attached are just a few examples of logos that have caught our eye over the last few years for different reasons. There are many many more, but these should provide an idea of the styles that appeal to us.

And finally, if it helps in some abstract way, 'we' are two people and happen to be sisters.
