**We need an ICON** (NO HOUSES!!!!!)
**11/02** still looking for "speed stripes" in the icon design. Not many submitted!

We are a commercial and land development real estate company (So please, no house or key design).

**The focus of this project is more so on the design/icon portion of the logo. But please also include MHW Commercial Real Estate with your design/icon.

We are located in The Woodlands, Texas (a prestigious area).
Our colors chosen are navy blue, white, and aqua-ish/teal-ish.

Anforderungen

Muss haben

• A significant, original icon/mark along with MHW Commercial Real Estate text.
• The latest request is to have fading speed stripes of some sort. IT MUST SHOW MOVEMENT AND SPEED. The best way to visualize what the company is considering is by looking at the following icons; Bank of America, AT&T, IBM, Comfort Inn, Adidas, the stripes on the disney castle... Some how incorporate fading stripes into your design please. Thanks!

Schön zu haben

• An equal amount of 539, 2995, and white. (We are open to the grey scale)
• Attached is our current logo that we are wanting someone to design using their created ICON mark.
