Poster-Design Kurzbeschreibung

I'd like to create a poster for our reception lobby that introduces our clients to our new facility that we are currently building. I would like the poster to be 40" x 60" or less. I have architects renderings of what the building will look like in PDF files and my print shop says the poster needs to be a PDF.
Text should include:
The All New Care Animal Hospital of Libertyville
Coming Summer 2017
1214 West Park Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048

Other text may be included depending on how the project lays out.

We've also recently created a new logo and I would like that represented on the poster as well. EPS file of the logo is attached. Font file attached as well.

• I don't want the architects info bar on the poster. If you need additional images please let me know and I will see if I can get them.
