Web-Design Kurzbeschreibung

Need a Professional looking Website design (I have the domain & hosting through Crazy Domains) Which targets professionals already in the industry as well as the general public who require finance. Can send through some examples but am really hoping for some innovative ideas from a designer.

Will upload some examples of styles of sites I like - but would like to see what you guys can come up with.

We provide specialist mortgage broking services for all kinds of referrers and direct clients.

Main focus is on Low Doc Lending.

We want to have the following page structure (and part of the project is to design all pages):
- Home
- Loans/Products (we offer 4 main service areas - one per page - online form on each page) There will be a text outline of the service/product and then online form - maybe to the left or right of the text.
- Tools (Will have downloadable forms/attachments for customers to access
- Referrers (online form)
- About Us
- - Contact (Email form)
- News (with online form to subscribe to newsletter)
- Our logo should be on each page.
- Need to incorporate attached 3 AMA finalist awards logos (Can be minimal)
- Also include social media links for Facebook, Twitter & LinkedIn

The start page should include the following information:
- Twitter / Linkedin / facebook/
- Telephone / Email or in general contact details
- News (scroll on one side)
- Testimonials on one side (maybe above or below news)
- A quite prominent picture box with alternating pics - each representing one of our service areas
- 4 Calls to action boxes for key products (I have attached draft from Sites n Stores)
- Logo/link for free quote (as per attached example) happy to consider alternative graphics for this.
Free quote link needs to be prominent throughout site.


It would be nice if the pages would have an image header. Happy to be guided by what you think looks best.

Would prefer most content fit on screen on each page - rather than customer having to scroll too much.

Budget for images available, so please use placeholders or ask us for specific photos/images, if you need them for your design.
