Logo-Design Kurzbeschreibung

We are currently running a real estate business under the name of Stao Property Solutions (www.staoproperty.com.au) in Sydney. We now plan to start a new business called Stao Home services which is going to provide all home related services with the time being such as cleaning, housekeeping, pet sitting, child sitting, etc. The two businesses are under the same ABN. As the existing business has rabbit and house in the logo, we also want rabbit and house combination in the new logo but with more modern sense.
"Honesty, Efficiency, Fairness" is our moral in doing the business, and this will also reflect in the new business.
In the new business logo, we prefer the rabbit and house be more abstract instead of having the full image. The logo should look relaxing, modern and simple with bright color with maximum three different colors. The logo shall also show a theme color in it so that we can use it as the theme color for our other designs, such as website, business card, etc.
